QUALITY MANAGEMENT
For Politecnico Grancolombiano it is very important to render its services following the highest quality standards in its different substantive functions: research, social projection and teaching.
This is why the processes of Editorial Management and Exposure in publications operates as an articulator of those and the application of good practices, following international standards that seek continuous improvement and contribute with the institutional objectives.
Currently, the process of Editorial Management and Exposure in publications by Politecnico Grancolombiano is CERTIFIED with the ISO 9001: 2015 certification code: SC-CER660310 standard by ICONTEC.
Objective
To edit and publish editorial projects in disciplinary areas of institutional interest, guaranteeing the highest regulatory, ethical, epistemological, aesthetic, structural, functional and stylistic standards; per the editorial policies declared by Institucion Universitaria Politecnico Grancolombiano.
Scope
It begins with authors’ submission of the article in the OJS platform and it concludes with its socialization in social media.
PANORAMA will only publish articles that fall under the typologies set forth in its editorial policy (refer to: Approach and Scope).
Articles will be subject to academic peer review, according to the manuscript’s typology.
The Advising or Scientific Committee is responsible for the theoretical and disciplinary quality; the guarantee for article publication will depend on the concepts of evaluators and peers; the editor(s) is in charge of following-up on requisite compliance throughout the stages.
Without any exception, submitting an article entails total fulfillment of the required forms.
