In recognition of the best theses and dissertations at the Gran Colombiano Polytechnic Institution in the specialization and master's programs in government contracting, this edition aims to showcase the contributions of these theses to the academic community.

The journal expresses its gratitude to Professor Carlos Amaya Rodríguez, director of the aforementioned programs, for his support and collaboration in the production of this edition.
