La Edición Enero – Junio de 2025 de la Revista Nuevos desafíos del Derecho, presenta a la Comunidad Académica artículos científicos que son producto de proyectos de investigación de la Facultad de Sociedad, Cultura y Creatividad de la Institución Universitaria Politécnico Grancolombiano. En este sentido, en la presente Edición se evidenciará producción académica de profesores, estudiantes y egresados de la citada Facultad, que esperamos sea del interés de la Comunidad Académica.
